AIT Partnership Group have invested heavily in staff training and tools to ensure we offer our customers the highest levels of service for our wireless installation. This is put into practice from the very first contact with AIT.
In order to create an accurate proposal for potential customers, AIT Partnership can use building plans to create a heat map of where best to position Access Points for optimum coverage across a whole site.
Using AutoCAD DXF and DWG, JPEG, and GIF floor plan files, AIT Partnership's technical engineers factor in the RF characteristics of common building materials, including many types of doors, walls, ceilings, and other physical obstructions and use that information to develop an accurate RF plan for the building.
As this RF plan develops, access point locations are marked to give the best coverage across the chosen site.
AIT Partnership can also plan for voice over Wi-Fi deployment, checking the signal strength will be above the required threshold for the entire coverage area.
A plan for outdoor coverage areas can be undertaken, as we define outdoor obstacles and set link margins.
