Free telephone support is provided by our technical support team who will resolve most support issues. In addition we have direct access to our manufacturers Research and Development departments as well as their local pre- and post-support teams if required.
If your wireless links are mission critical an AIT Partnership support contract will ensure the continued operation of your wireless connection by providing telephone and on-site support with response times to suit your needs.
On-site support is provided on by our own engineering team, with telephone support under maintenance provided 24/7.
