The Divitas MMC Architecture

The DiVitas MMC solution consists of two components:

• The Mobile Convergence Appliance (MCA): A single device installed at the company’s premises, which works in conjunction with the corporate PBX system (IP or Legacy). The MCA allows an enterprise to control and manage mobile devices as they roam seamlessly among disparate wireless networks. The DiVitas MCA supports WiFi as well as cellular data connections
• The Mobile Convergence Client (MCC): This is a handset-independent software client that resides on the mobile device and communicates seamlessly with the MCA

The DiVitas MCA appliance also provides PBX features accessible via the easy to use DiVitas Mobile Client interface.

Mobile Convergence Client

The DiVitas Mobile Convergence Client (MCC) - is a handset-independent software client that resides on the mobile device and communicates seamlessly with the DiVitas Mobile Convergence Appliance (MCA). It provides an integrated multi-mode communications interface for ease of use with applications such as voice, video, SMS, IM, voice-mail and presence. A single handset ensures your presence and participation in business operations, irrespective of the underlying network available to keep you connected

Certified Handsets

A broad variety of handsets have been certified for use with the DiVitas MCC. DiVitas is continually widening it’s handset coverage. To take advantage of all the advanced mobility capabilities of the DiVitas system, a dual-mode phone is required.
